Leads hands-on development and delivery of production AI agents, then builds and guides an engineering team while partnering with customers to shape Sierra’s platform.
What you'll do
- Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve reliable, scalable AI agents through the Agent Development Life Cycle.
- Lead and grow an engineering team while maintaining high technical and operational standards.
- Work with enterprise and startup customers and partner with research, product, and platform teams to guide product priorities.
