Designs, scales, and operates global people programs and processes to improve the employee experience as Sierra grows.
What you'll do
- Support and develop people programs including onboarding, manager training, development, feedback, performance, engagement, and recognition.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to deliver compliant, operationally effective company-wide programs.
- Advise employees and leaders on people policies and programs; use data to measure and improve programs.
