Build and ship enterprise AI agents for financial-services customers, advise them on technical strategy, and shape the product roadmap.

- Partner with engineers and customers to build AI agents that handle customer conversations at scale.
- Discover customer requirements, demonstrate Sierra’s agents, solve technical and business-process challenges, and improve agents to fit customer needs.
- Work with engineering and product teams to scope and implement customer-critical features.
