Build and improve enterprise AI agents for healthcare customers, partnering with customers and engineering teams to discover use cases, ship agents, and shape Sierra’s healthcare platform roadmap.

- Discover healthcare customer needs and identify AI agent opportunities; advise customers on strategic decisions.
- Demonstrate, develop, and improve customer-specific agents while addressing technical and business-process challenges.
- Surface unmet healthcare needs, prototype tools and features, and guide the core platform and healthcare roadmap.
