Build and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers, own their development and iteration, and help shape Sierra’s agent platform.
What you'll do
- Design, ship, tune, and continuously improve reliable AI agents in production.
- Work with enterprise and startup customers to understand business needs and build solutions; guide platform improvements based on customer feedback.
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams on agent tools, features, and architectures.
