About the job
Build and deploy production AI agents for financial services customers, partnering with them to solve business needs and inform Sierra’s platform development.
What you'll do
- Design, ship, and continuously improve reliable, scalable AI agents in production.
- Work directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand challenges and deliver AI solutions.
- Identify customer needs, prototype tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
