Build, deploy, and continuously improve production AI agents for enterprise customers, while helping shape Sierra’s agent platform.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable AI agents in production.
- Own the agent development life cycle from pilots through deployment and iteration, working directly with customers.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams on new tools and capabilities.
