Build and operate production AI agents for retail customers, partnering with brands to improve commerce experiences and shape Sierra’s AI platform.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve reliable, scalable AI agents in production.
- Work with enterprise and startup customers to understand business needs, build solutions, and guide platform development.
- Develop retail agent capabilities for commerce systems, product discovery, checkout, and high-volume global operations.
