Build and deploy production AI agents for technology, media, and telecommunications customers, owning their development and ongoing improvement while shaping Sierra’s platform through customer work.
What you'll do
- Design, build, tune, deploy, and continuously improve production AI agents.
- Work with enterprise and startup customers to understand business needs and deliver AI agent solutions.
- Use customer feedback to identify needs, prototype platform features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
