Build and ship production AI agents for travel, transportation, and hospitality customers, while shaping Sierra’s platform through customer-led product development.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve reliable production AI agents, owning work from pilot through iteration.
- Partner with enterprise and startup customers to solve business challenges and deliver AI agent solutions.
- Use customer insights to prototype platform features and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams.
