About the job
Build and operate secure, reliable, scalable infrastructure and platform systems supporting Sierra’s AI platform and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Improve platform and LLM inference reliability, scalability, and performance; operate distributed systems in production.
- Build cloud infrastructure, self-service deployment platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and release management systems.
- Develop data-serving, authentication, security, and observability capabilities; lead incident response and resilience improvements.
