Develops and launches customer-facing AI agents, advising enterprise customers and improving agents through production iteration.
What you'll do
- Own agent development from scoping and conversation design through evaluation, launch, and ongoing production iteration.
- Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy and work with customer teams to resolve issues and deliver launches.
- Share customer needs with research and platform teams to inform product development.
