Strategist, Agent Development - Flagship Deployment

What you'll do

• Own agent development from scoping and conversation design through launch, evaluation, and production iteration.
• Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy and manage customer programs, executive alignment, and cross-functional delivery.
• Drive customer and company financial outcomes, support commercial strategy, and relay customer needs to product and research teams.

• 10+ years of relevant experience driving results in high-stakes, enterprise customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer relationship-building and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical problem-solving in ambiguous situations and ability to manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects.
• Technical aptitude to read API documentation and understand data models, system architecture, and engineering tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Experience in general management or leading a company, business unit, or forward deployed team, with technical and financial accountability.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, including eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, or prompt engineering.

Pay

$200K – $290K USD base salary
