Build and launch customer-facing AI agents for healthcare organizations, advising enterprise customers and iterating on agents to improve business and patient/member outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own agent development from scoping and conversation design through tooling, evaluation, launch, and production iteration.
- Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy and work with customer teams to deliver agent projects.
- Identify customer needs and share them with research and platform teams to inform product direction.
