Own the development and launch of customer-facing AI agents, advising enterprise customers and iterating agents to deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Lead the agent development life cycle from scoping and conversation design through evaluation, launch, and production iteration.
- Advise enterprise leaders on AI strategy and work with customer teams to troubleshoot and deliver agent projects.
