About the job
Own and scale Sieve’s data operations platform, workforce and vendor partnerships, while improving quality processes and growing platform adoption.
What you'll do
- Manage workforce operations, task assignment, sourcing, onboarding, and QA workflows for data annotation and review.
- Run acquisition campaigns and test sourcing channels to grow the platform’s user base.
- Partner with engineering on platform tooling, operational metrics, documentation, and process improvements.
