Works with customers to adapt Sift’s telemetry platform, build integrations and custom solutions, and relay customer needs to product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Partner with customers to understand challenges and tailor the platform; build custom solutions and integrations using Sift APIs.
- Translate customer requirements into product and engineering feedback, and maintain integrations with engineering tools.
- Support technical onboarding and training and build trusted customer relationships.
