Build and maintain observability and reliability tools and processes that help Sigma measure, monitor, troubleshoot, and keep its services available.
What you'll do
- Build observability platforms and tools for metrics, logging, distributed tracing, dashboards, alerting, and application performance management.
- Participate in on-call rotations, support service uptime, and create runtime tools and processes to improve cloud triage and reduce downtime.
- Define measurement best practices and collaborate on designs and code reviews; the role is primarily coding.
