What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage fraud analysts; serve as an escalation resource for complex investigations and emerging attacks.
- Develop and improve incident-response standards, playbooks, tools, case-review practices, and workflows.
- Partner across Risk, Data Science, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate fraud findings into durable signals, model improvements, and customer guidance.
