About the job
Provides commercial legal support for Signifyd’s global sales organization by negotiating complex revenue-generating agreements and leading contracts managers.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate subscription agreements, partnership deals, and other complex commercial transactions.
- Support global sales and cross-functional teams on commercial and vendor transactions.
- Lead contracts managers and manage multiple legal projects and deadlines.
