About the job
Completes insurance eligibility and benefits verification and prior authorizations for behavioral health providers, while sharing workflow insights with Product and Engineering to support automation.
What you'll do
- Collect patient information and communicate authorization decisions; verify eligibility and benefits and complete and follow up on prior authorizations with insurers.
- Manage multiple authorizations and develop processes to support timely, accurate performance; understand ABA and behavioral health workflows, including treatment plans and reauthorization.
- Share prior authorization workflow learnings with Silna Product and Engineering teams to help automate processes.
