About the job
Designs and delivers integrations that connect Simbe’s Tally robotics data and applications with customers’ retail systems, supporting implementation, adoption, and ongoing technical relationships.
What you'll do
- Assess customer operations and systems, then design end-to-end integration architectures and data flows.
- Advise customers, develop proofs of concept, and support integration implementation and troubleshooting.
- Promote user adoption through training and onboarding, and serve as a technical contact for customer feedback and enhancements.
