Research Scientist

What you'll do

• Develop research directions and methods in areas such as planning, reinforcement learning, multimodal reasoning, grounding, human-agent interaction, and alignment.
• Design and run research end-to-end, including data collection, benchmarking, model training, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate prototypes into products and publish and present research results.

What they ask for

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent research experience.
• Experience leading and executing a research program from ideation through publication.
• First-author publication record at leading conferences.
• Strong implementation skills in modern ML frameworks and demonstrated ability to run and analyze complex experiments.
