About the job
Establish and scale quality systems and testing practices for SirenOpt products, guiding verification, validation, manufacturing readiness, and quality evidence through commercial release.
What you'll do
- Design and analyze quality tests across hardware, firmware, and software; support verification, validation, and product release.
- Create QMS processes, controlled documentation, and traceability across requirements, risks, tests, and quality evidence.
- Validate manufacturing and test processes, analyze performance statistically, and lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
What they ask for
- B.S. in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Prior direct experience in product, design, systems, or manufacturing engineering.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS documentation; experience contributing to audit readiness.
- Experience with contract manufacturers and with statistical methods including DoE, gauge R&R, and multivariate analysis.
Nice to have
- Software quality engineering experience, including test automation or software verification.
- CQE or CRE certification.
