- Lead, coach, and grow the MEMS engineering team while delivering complex development programs.
- Drive MEMS technology development, device performance and manufacturability improvements, and engineering infrastructure.
- Contribute to product and technology roadmaps and coordinate development with executive, engineering, operations, program management, and vendor partners.
