What you'll do
- Oversee accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations across the U.S. and 10+ countries, including vendor and statutory requirements.
- Manage and develop payroll staff; partner with HR, Finance, Equity Administration, and Legal on integrated processes.
- Strengthen controls and audit readiness, lead payroll reporting and analytics, and improve payroll systems and processes.
