Supports ATE final-test production by operating automated IC testing and tape-and-reel lines, tracking yields, and fulfilling customer and engineering orders.
What you'll do
- Set up and operate production machinery, load devices into test handlers, and address jams and basic equipment-cleaning needs.
- Inspect semiconductor packages for defects using optical microscopes.
- Record yields, scrap, and test data; flag low-yield lots to quality and product engineers.
