About the job
Performs semiconductor product reliability testing and validation across package, test, and reliability stages, coordinating with engineers and external vendors.
What you'll do
- Execute reliability stress testing using ATE/handler and collect product performance, yield, and reliability data.
- Manage reliability service vendors to support on-time project qualification.
- Validate test programs and products, and help resolve tester performance issues.
