About the job
Designs, characterizes, and improves MEMS devices and integrates manufacturing processes for SiTime’s next-generation MEMS products.
What you'll do
- Design and validate process flows; develop and integrate MEMS processes with fabs and foundries.
- Drive process and yield improvements; design and analyze experiments and recommend process changes.
- Collaborate with foundries, vendors, and cross-functional teams including Circuits, Systems, and Packaging.

- Strong hands-on experience in MEMS/semiconductor fabrication.
