About the job
Leads new product introduction, reliability qualification, sampling, and manufacturing and test process development to transition SiTime products into high-volume operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute reliability qualification plans, coordinating required resources and timelines.
- Bring up OSAT operations and document manufacturing, test, and capacity procedures.
- Work cross-functionally to develop final test processes and documentation for high-volume manufacturing.
