About the job

Ensures efficient, high-quality MEMS wafer-level production testing by managing test equipment and programs, troubleshooting issues, and improving yield and cycle time.

What you'll do

  • Monitor production test performance and troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and test-line issues; manage probers, probe cards, test hardware, and test programs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintain test programs, MES workflows, and AOI defect-detection recipes.
  • Design and run DOE experiments to improve yield, test coverage, and cycle time, collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

What they ask for

  • Hands-on production test experience with ATE systems, probers, and wafer-level test hardware.
  • Experience debugging cantilever and vertical pin probe cards.
  • Proficiency developing and automating test programs using C#, LabVIEW, or Python.
  • Knowledge of SPC, yield analysis, and wafer probe/test methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Wafer-level experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEMS fabrication processes or wafer sort.

Tools

ATE, C#, LabVIEW, Python, SPC, MES, AOI, DOE
