Supports production and engineering by operating test handlers, inspecting devices, tracking yields, and troubleshooting and maintaining test equipment.
What you'll do
- Set up and run production machinery, load devices into automated handlers, and resolve jams and basic contactor issues.
- Inspect device surfaces, bond wires, and package leads using optical microscopes.
- Record yields, scrap, and test data; flag low-yield lots to quality and product engineers.
