Manages and maintains an R&D laboratory and research facility, combining operational leadership with hands-on infrastructure troubleshooting, emergency response, and project oversight.
What you'll do
- Lead facility operations and maintenance, including preventive maintenance, environmental controls, emergency response, and reliability.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems; oversee commissioning, renovations, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage budgets, safety and compliance, procedures, risk planning, and operational reporting to Headquarters.

- Demonstrated experience managing facility operations and budgets while personally performing technical troubleshooting and repairs; construction or renovation project experience required.

- Valid driver license; ability to meet physical demands and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
