Build and stabilize new AI and technology organizations by shaping their structure, talent strategy, leadership support, and HR practices in partnership with U.S. and global teams.
What you'll do
- Design organizational structures and workforce plans, and partner with Talent Acquisition on senior and specialized hiring.
- Advise Tech/AI leaders on organizational effectiveness, team health, performance management, and early-stage team challenges.
- Coordinate people strategy and HR programs across U.S. teams, global HR, and corporate functions.
