Leads HR and organizational development work, including compensation and performance frameworks, restructuring, reporting, recruiting, and executive support.
What you'll do
- Develop HR and compensation frameworks and produce recurring or ad hoc reports and analyses for leadership.
- Support organizational restructuring, leadership management, change initiatives, and recruitment of core-level technology engineers in the Bay Area.
- Coordinate executive meetings and events, support expatriate inquiries, and handle confidential information.
