Manages employee dining, transportation, housing, and other campus support services for SK hynix’s Indiana Fab, from construction setup through full operations.
What you'll do
- Manage service vendors and operations for dining, transportation, housing, cleaning, and support facilities; oversee service quality and contracts.
- Analyze employee feedback and service data, plan and manage budgets, and implement service improvements.
- Develop operational manuals and emergency continuity plans, support training, and enhance the Employee Service Portal (EGSS).
