Leads technical accounting analysis and documentation for complex transactions, supports financial close and reporting, and coordinates audits to help ensure IFRS compliance.
What you'll do
- Research accounting guidance and prepare technical accounting memos and conclusions for complex transactions, especially M&A, equity method investments, and consolidation.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and maintain accounting policies, controls, and reporting for complex transactions.
- Coordinate statutory and consolidated audits and serve as a technical accounting contact for external auditors.
