What you'll do
- Manage concurrent programs end to end, coordinating dependencies and keeping teams accountable to commitments and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate schedule, technical, and resourcing risks; communicate trade-offs and program status to leadership.
- Lead planning, release readiness, program reviews, and retrospectives; maintain program tracking in Linear and Notion.

- 5+ years of technical program management experience on hardware and/or software products.
- Track record of shipping physical products end to end, including sustaining releases after launch.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with external dependencies and across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience configuring Linear and Notion or similar tools, and building leadership dashboards.
Nice to have
