Leads full-cycle recruiting for Skydio’s Go-To-Market and G&A teams, partnering with business leaders to develop hiring strategies and deliver a strong candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience.
- Source candidates and advise hiring managers on team-building strategies.
- Improve recruiting processes and report data-driven insights from recruiting metrics.
