What you'll do
- Set compliance policy, risk frameworks, requirements inventories, and launch-readiness gates; arbitrate cross-program tradeoffs and provide launch sign-off.
- Lead and develop portfolio compliance engineers, allocating team capacity across the roadmap and tailoring certification plans to programs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external experts to shape compliance strategy, certification timelines, and responses to regulatory requirements.

$230,000 - $347,500 USD annual base salary
