Leads Skydio’s SLED Solutions Engineering organization across the United States and Canada, driving technical wins, customer deployments, team growth, and product feedback.
What you'll do
- Recruit, develop, and lead managers while scaling the organization and managing its operating rhythm and technical capacity.
- Own SLED technical wins, sales coverage alignment, forecasts, and technical risk across the vertical.
- Guide site assessments, proofs of concept, integrations, airspace strategy, and customer requirements for Product and Engineering.
