About the job
Provides onsite and remote technical, operational, and logistics support to Skydio UAS customers, troubleshoots aircraft and network issues, and channels customer feedback into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Diagnose UAS, cloud, and network issues; recommend mitigations and support customer operations.
- Provide customer training and develop support, triage, and escalation processes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to improve products and customer experience.
What they ask for
- At least 3 years of civilian, law enforcement, or military UAS operations and flight experience.
- Experience in operational, technical, customer-facing, or field support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with IoT or enterprise applications, streaming and packet networks, and network-connected devices.

- Salesforce and Jira experience.
- FAA Part 107 certification is strongly encouraged within the first 60 days; required for certain positions.
Pay
$110,000 - $135,000 USD annual base salary
