About the job
Provides onsite and remote technical, training, troubleshooting, maintenance, and logistics support for Skydio UAS customers, primarily in international defense and government settings.
What you'll do
- Train customers in UAS operation, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Provide onsite representation and technical support, and initiate corrective actions for maintenance, repair, and replacement issues.
- Improve support, escalation, debugging, and inspection workflows while relaying customer feedback to internal teams.
