About the job
Develops and executes hardware and software testing to validate the performance and reliability of autonomous flying products and inform design improvements.
What you'll do
- Design and implement systems for performance and reliability validation; develop test plans and testing infrastructure.
- Analyze test data, calculate statistics, document results, and perform failure analysis to identify root causes and mitigations.
- Collaborate across engineering teams and contribute reliability input in design reviews.
