About the job
Leads and develops a regional team selling Skydio’s autonomous drones and AI solutions to major public safety agencies, while owning the region’s hiring, retention, pipeline, forecast, and quota results.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain Key Account Leaders; join important customer meetings and competitive pursuits.
- Own regional quota, territory and quota design, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and partner strategy.
- Build team capability in competitive selling, channel partnerships, and responsible use of AI tools.
