What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain Key Account Leaders, including joining customer meetings and competitive pursuits.
- Own regional quota, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, territory design, and partner strategy.
- Build team practices for selling with channel partners and using AI tools for research, call preparation, RFPs, and pipeline analysis.
