What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain quota-carrying sellers; join customer meetings and competitive pursuits.
- Own regional quota, pipeline, forecast, territory design, and sales-process discipline; coordinate channel and account routing.
- Build team use of AI tools for research, preparation, RFPs, and pipeline analysis, ensuring AI-generated customer materials are reviewed.
