Own DHS accounts from contract award through delivery, onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion of Skydio products.
What you'll do
- Manage system delivery, fulfillment, onboarding, training, and transition to operational use.
- Track adoption and account health; resolve delivery and support issues and communicate risks.
- Lead program reviews and renewals, maintain Salesforce and portfolio reporting, and identify account expansion opportunities.
What they ask for
- 5+ years managing programs, strategic accounts, or technology fielding within DHS, the Department of War, or the defense and homeland security technology industry.
- Direct experience supporting USSS, CBP, or other DHS components.
- Familiarity with UAS and autonomous systems operations, including ISR missions.
- Experience taking complex hardware and software systems from contract award to sustained operational use; knowledge of federal acquisition and contract structures (e.g., FAR, IDIQ, BPA, GSA Schedule).
Nice to have

Pay
$145,000 - $175,000 USD annual base salary
