About the job
Leads full-cycle recruiting for Skydio’s GTM and G&A organizations, partnering with senior leaders to plan hiring, build talent pipelines, and improve recruiting outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting strategy and execution for GTM and G&A roles while delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Advise senior leaders and hiring teams on hiring plans, talent decisions, interview processes, and organizational design.
- Build talent pipelines and improve recruiting processes and outcomes using market insights, data, and analytics.

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including a strong track record hiring for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations roles in high-growth, high-performance environments.
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
