What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop the team; manage quota, territories, pipeline reviews, and technical forecasting.
- Build repeatable security sales practices, playbooks, and technical standards, and support strategic customer pursuits and program expansion.
- Translate customer requirements and field feedback into prioritized product input, especially for AI and computer vision capabilities.
